                7IF321.7貝加萊通信模塊
                主頻,也就是CPU的時鐘頻率,簡單地說也就是CPU的工作頻率,一般說來,一個時鐘周期完成的指令數是固定的,所以主頻越高,CPU的速度也就越快。主頻=外頻X倍頻。

                貝加萊步進電機特點:
                每年有超過5億臺步進電機裝配在全球各地。雖然大部分這些電機都是在非常簡單的應用中使用,但是它們應用于過去由DC和BLDC 電機處理的應用領域的趨勢還在持續增長。高級別的控制器繼續使更復雜的任務得以解決。過去由小型伺服電機解決的許多應用項目現在可以通過帶相應電子裝置的步進電機來處理。在過去幾年中,不僅控制器的性能得以改善,而且隨著技術的進步,電機本身也運行得更加平穩,并且具有更高的扭矩值。新型,堅固耐用,經濟實惠的位置反饋等在為步進電機開啟全新領域的過程中也起到了積極的作用。當然,步進電機解決方案也有其局限性。特別是由伺服電機易于實現的高速情況對于步進電機來說實施的可能性就很小了。然而在完全不使用或是使用齒輪箱進行較小轉換的情況下,步進電機可以創造很多成功的應用。因為步進電機可在中低速情況下實現高扭矩。

                用戶在選擇電機的時候會碰到許多障礙。不同廠商的電機或者相同電機的不同型號都會有相當大的差異。產品參數表中的標準規格往往無法提供足夠多的信息來做出這個決定。只有詳細信息可以可靠地指出可能的應用范圍。應用項目越復雜,諸如旋轉,反電動勢,效率,共振頻率等參數就越重要。通過仔細判定,步進電機可以在更多的應用中使用。必須特別關注對各個應用而言尤其重要的特性。。這些特性往往需要通過結合驅動器來實現。


                大多數兩相混合式步進電機有一個1.8°的步距角。除此之外,還有0.9°甚至小于0.45°的。較小的步距角往往會產生較差的扭矩曲線。只有支持微步的步進電機驅動器才能用于實現更高的定位精度。此外,高步進分辨率會產生出色的同心性,并且減少共振效應帶來的潛在問題。

                設定位置的精度取決于所施加的負載扭矩以及步進電機的制造精度。單步內的定位精度始終隨負載和偏離角而定。但是,這決不能高于一個全步,因為不然的話電機會無法同步并丟失步。該負載角的***佳補償方式是通過位置反饋。這就是為什么所有貝加萊步進電機都可選經濟實惠的編碼器的原因,這些編碼器可以實現高達12 位的分辨率。因此,即使在相當大的負載扭矩下,定位精度也可以實現小于0.1°的角偏差。

                步進電機作為一種開環控制的系統,和現代數字控制技術有著本質的聯系。在目前國內的數字控制系統中,步進電機的應用十分廣泛。隨著全數字式交流伺服系統的出現,交流伺服電機也越來越多地應用于數字控制系統中。為了適應數字控制的發展趨勢,運動控制系統中大多采用步進電機或全數字式交流伺服電機作為執行電動機。雖然兩者在控制方式上相似(脈沖串和方向信號),但在使用性能和應用場合上存在著較大的差異。現就二者的使用性能作一比較。
