                齒輪泵的分類(lèi)
                屬于結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,納污能力強(qiáng),工作壓力相對(duì)較低,成本較低的一種, 廣泛用于農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械:拖拉機(jī)、收割機(jī)等。工程機(jī)械:叉車(chē)、自卸車(chē)等。
                齒輪泵按照齒輪的嚙合形式可分為外嚙合式和內(nèi)嚙合式兩種,按照齒形曲線有漸開(kāi)線形、圓弧齒形和擺線齒形。
                2)外嚙合齒輪泵
                ( 1 )外嚙合齒輪泵的結(jié)構(gòu)。主要由主動(dòng)齒輪、從動(dòng)齒輪、殼體、前后泵體、密封圈和軸承等組成。

                1-從動(dòng)齒輪; 2-軸承套; 3-密封圈; 4一前端蓋; 5-密封;6-傳動(dòng)軸;;7-主動(dòng)齒輪;8- 殼體;9后端蓋
                ( 2 )外嚙合齒輪泵的工作原理
                密封容腔由殼體、端蓋和兩對(duì)齒輪的嚙合部位組成。配流裝置由齒輪嚙合線將吸油區(qū)和壓油區(qū)隔開(kāi),起配流作用。
                (3)外嚙合齒輪泵的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題
                ①泄漏問(wèn)題
                端面泄露:齒輪端面和軸承套端面之間間隙占80% ,
                徑向泄露:齒頂與殼體之間間隙15%
                嚙合線泄露:兩個(gè)齒輪互相嚙合部位之間間隙。5%減小端面泄漏的方法:采用端面間隙自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償。
                ②徑向不平衡力。
                泵內(nèi)壓力腔的油液經(jīng)過(guò)徑向間隙逐漸滲漏到吸油腔,其壓力逐漸減小,液壓力作用在齒輪上的合力大致為圖中力F的方向,此力由軸承來(lái)承受,因而影響了軸承的壽命,往往成為提高泵工作壓力的限制因素。
                消除方法:
                1縮小壓油C即壓力的作用面積減小徑向不平衡力
                2.增泵體內(nèi)表面與齒輪頂圓的間隙,使在徑向不平衡力作用時(shí)齒頂和泵體不接觸。
                3.開(kāi)壓力平衡槽,但泄漏大,很少用
                ③流量脈動(dòng)。隨著嚙合點(diǎn)位置的不斷變化,吸、壓油腔在每-瞬間的容積變化率是不均勻的,因此齒輪泵的瞬時(shí)流量是脈動(dòng)的。
                ④困油現(xiàn)象及消除措施。由 ( a )旋轉(zhuǎn)到 b )所示位置時(shí),閉死容積由大變到小;由( b )旋轉(zhuǎn)到( C )所示位置時(shí),閉死容積從小變到大。這種現(xiàn)象稱(chēng)之為困油現(xiàn)象。
                危害:減小時(shí)使被困油擠出產(chǎn)生高壓,增大時(shí)會(huì)造成真空產(chǎn)生穴現(xiàn)象。
                消除措施:在軸承套上開(kāi)卸荷槽 , 當(dāng)閉死容積由大變小時(shí),借助卸荷槽與壓油腔相通。當(dāng)閉死容積由小變大時(shí),借助卸荷槽與吸油腔相通。

                齒輪泵優(yōu)缺點(diǎn):
                結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、尺寸小、重量輕、價(jià)格低、工作可靠、自吸能力強(qiáng)、對(duì)油液污染不敏感。
                泄漏量大、工作壓力低。流量脈動(dòng)大。
                提高工作壓力的措施:
                減小端面泄漏。齒輪端面間隙自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償。

                液壓傳動(dòng)技術(shù)在機(jī)械中的應(yīng)用.
                驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)的機(jī)構(gòu)以及各種傳動(dòng)和操縱裝置有多中形式。根據(jù)所用的不見(jiàn)和零件,可分為機(jī)械的、電氣的、氣動(dòng)的、液壓的傳動(dòng)裝置。經(jīng)常還將不同的形式組合起來(lái)運(yùn)用一四位一體。由于液壓傳動(dòng)具有很多優(yōu)點(diǎn),使這種新技術(shù)發(fā)展的很快。液壓傳動(dòng)應(yīng)用與金屬切割機(jī)床也不過(guò)四五十年的歷史。航空工業(yè)在1930年以后才開(kāi)始采用。特別是近二三十年一來(lái)液壓技術(shù)在各種工業(yè)中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。
                1、在機(jī)床上,液壓傳動(dòng)常應(yīng)用在以下的- -些裝置中
                1.1進(jìn)給 傳動(dòng)裝置磨床砂輪架和工作臺(tái)的進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)大部分采用液壓傳動(dòng);車(chē)床、六角車(chē)床、自動(dòng)車(chē)床的刀架或轉(zhuǎn)塔刀架,銑床、刨床、組合機(jī)床的工作臺(tái)等的進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)也都采用液壓傳動(dòng)。這些部件有的要求快速移動(dòng),有的要求慢速移動(dòng)。有的既要求快速移動(dòng),也要求慢速移動(dòng)。這些運(yùn)動(dòng)多半要求有較大的調(diào)速范圍,要求在工作中無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速;有的要求持續(xù)進(jìn)給,有的要求間歇進(jìn)給;有的要求在負(fù)載變化下速度恒定,有的要求有良好的換向性能等等。所有這些要求都是可以用液壓傳動(dòng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
                1.2往復(fù)主題運(yùn)動(dòng)傳動(dòng)裝置龍i刨床的工作臺(tái)、牛頭刨床或插床的滑枕,由于要求作高速往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)并且要求換向沖擊小、換向時(shí)間短、能耗低,因此都可以采用液壓傳動(dòng)。
                1.3仿形裝置車(chē)床、銑床、刨床上的仿形加工可以采用液壓伺服系統(tǒng)來(lái)完成。起精度可達(dá)0.01-0. 02m。此外,磨床上的成型砂輪修正裝置亦可采用這系統(tǒng)。
                1.4 輔助裝置機(jī)床上的夾緊裝置、齒輪箱變速操縱裝置、絲桿螺母間隙消除裝置、垂直移動(dòng)部件平衡裝置、分度裝置、工件和刀具裝卸裝置、工件輸送裝置等,采用液壓傳動(dòng),有利于簡(jiǎn)化機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu),提高機(jī)床自動(dòng)化程度。
                1.5靜壓支承重型機(jī)床、高速機(jī)床、高精度機(jī)床上的軸承、導(dǎo)軌、絲桿螺母機(jī)構(gòu)等處采用液壓靜支承后,可以提高工作平穩(wěn)性和運(yùn)動(dòng)精度。
                2、液壓傳動(dòng)技術(shù)在工程機(jī)械行走驅(qū)動(dòng)中的應(yīng)用
                行走驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是工程機(jī)械的重要組成部分。與工作系統(tǒng)相比,行走驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)不僅需要傳輸更大的功率,要求器件具有更高的效率和更長(zhǎng)的壽命,還希望在變速調(diào)速、差速、改變輸出軸旋轉(zhuǎn)方向及反向傳輸動(dòng)力等方面具有良好的能力。于是,采用何種傳動(dòng)方式,如何更好地滿足各種工程機(jī)械行走驅(qū)動(dòng)的需要,-直是工程機(jī)械行業(yè)所要面對(duì)的課題。尤其是近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)交通、能源等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)進(jìn)程的快速發(fā)展,建筑施工和資源開(kāi)發(fā)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,工程機(jī)械在市場(chǎng)需求大大增強(qiáng)的同時(shí),更面臨著作業(yè)環(huán)境更為苛刻、工沉條件更為復(fù)雜等所帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn),也進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)著對(duì)其行走驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的深入研究。

                液壓傳動(dòng)是一種可達(dá)到傳遞動(dòng)力、增加動(dòng)力、改變速比等目的的傳動(dòng)方式。液壓傳動(dòng)是以液體為工作介質(zhì),靠處于密閉容器內(nèi)的液體靜壓力來(lái)傳遞力的傳動(dòng)方式,靜壓力的大小取決于負(fù)載,而負(fù)載速度的傳遞是按液體容積變化相等的原則進(jìn)行的,其速度大小取決于流量;如果忽略損失,液壓傳動(dòng)所傳遞的力與速度無(wú)關(guān)。
                液壓傳動(dòng)相比其他傳統(tǒng)傳動(dòng)方式優(yōu)勢(shì)較為明顯:1)功率重量比大,能以較輕的設(shè)備重量取得更大的力和轉(zhuǎn)矩;2)慣性小,啟動(dòng)、制動(dòng)迅速;3)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速,調(diào)速范圍大,低速性能好;4)高響應(yīng)速度;5)高負(fù)載剛度;6)可控性好,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化,液壓元件位臵可以根據(jù)設(shè)備需要進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
